Refund policy
Refunds
All purchases for brow training courses, classes, workshops, and certification programs are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
To reserve your training date, full payment may be required at checkout.
Rescheduling Policy
Students may request to reschedule their training at least [7–14] days before the scheduled training date.
- One complimentary reschedule may be granted at our discretion.
- Additional rescheduling requests may incur a rescheduling fee.
- Requests made less than [7] days before training may be considered forfeited.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled training without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Digital Materials & Kits
Any digital training materials, downloadable content, manuals, videos, or included kits are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
Cancellations by Us
If we must cancel or reschedule a training due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered:
- a rescheduled date,
- store credit,
- or a refund at our discretion.
